Tess holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Loyola University Chicago and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she has worked extensively with adults and adolescents navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Drawing from a strengths-based, client-centered approach, Tess empowers individuals to recognize their resilience, build self-efficacy, and create meaningful change in their lives.
